1) What forms of payment do you accept?

You can either:

  • Pay directly on our website using your Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Amex
  • Use your PayPal account

2) Why did I not get a response to my customer service email?

We strive to answer our customer emails within 24 hours. During our busiest times, it may take up to 72 hours to answer. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. 

3) Do I need an account to place an order?

Having an account with us has its perks, however, it is not required to place your order. We still recommend that you create one though. 

4) What about shipping?

Shipping prices and timing vary by country. Our flat rates are $6.99 for the US and $14.99 for the rest of the world. All the relevant information can be found at checkout. We will send you an order confirmation email automatically after an order is placed. Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within a reasonable time of the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances. Our suppliers take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. 95% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days and more than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days. 5) What about returns?

We want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or credit. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your items. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period.
