Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within a reasonable time of the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances. Our suppliers take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (wall arts etc.) products. 95% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days and more than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days. Shipping prices and timing vary by country. Our flat rates are $4.99 for the US and $9.99 for the rest of the world. US Shipping is free for orders $50 or more. All the relevant information can be found at checkout. We will send you an order confirmation email automatically after an order is placed.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (3 to 5 business days in most cases).
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Additional information will be provided afterward.
